Meet Our Founder – Gale McIntyre

McIntyre Properties is the result of Gale McIntyre's passion for property and her belief that homeowners deserve more from their Estate Agent.

Before establishing the company, Gale built an extensive career within the property industry, developing an in-depth understanding of the Dundee housing market and the wider Tayside region. Alongside her professional experience as an Estate Agent, she has also spent many years investing in, buying, selling and managing her own property portfolio.

This combination of professional knowledge and personal experience gives Gale a unique perspective. She understands the emotions involved in moving home because she has experienced them herself. She appreciates the importance of clear communication, realistic advice, strong negotiation and meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire process.

Those values continue to shape every aspect of McIntyre Properties today.

Meet The Team

Kim Henderson

With over 25 years' customer service and management experience, Kim has worked in many corporate roles including project management and business development. She launched and ran her own successful company, and the skills she learned there have allowed quick growth as a self-employed estate agent.

Busy mum of two adult boys and based in Carnoustie, Kim loves dogs and can often be seen out and about with her own. She has a sense of adventure and is always keen to try new activities or sports in her spare time.

Kim is hugely people focused, loves all things property and thrives on doing the absolute best for all her clients.
